Cancel a Contract (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you can complete and submit the form below, or send us another clear statement that you wish to cancel your contract. Once we receive your request, we will send you confirmation that we have received it.

If you cancel after your order has been dispatched or delivered, you will normally need to return the item(s) to us in accordance with our Returns Policy before a refund can be processed.

Please note: This right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If you have requested that work begins on a custom or personalised item before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you may lose your right to cancel once production has begun, where permitted by applicable law.
